What data do we process and why?

Through our contact and booking form we collect your name, phone number, email address and, optionally, the date, time, number of guests and any message you send us. We use this data solely to answer your enquiry or manage your booking request and to contact you about it.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and, in the case of bookings, the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law to handle any possible liabilities.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Data may be processed by our web hosting and email provider, acting as data processor and with the safeguards required by law.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to bogabanteman@gmail.com or to the postal address above, enclosing a copy of an identity document. If you believe your rights have not been properly respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
